About Me

Dante Estrada is an intern for the Los Angeles Times as a features writer. He recently graduated from California State University, Long Beach, majoring in journalism. He is well-versed in covering news and arts & entertainment stories through multimedia formats. 

Dante transferred from Pasadena City College, where he was the video and social media editor for the community college's publication, to CSULB as a junior, where he joined the Long Beach Current as the Video Editor, before later becoming the Multimedia Managing Editor of the Current.

He has interned for EdSource under their California Student Journalism Corps program and worked with MXDWN as a film critic intern. He also worked as the Digital Executive Producer for Beach TV News, CSULB's student broadcast publication. He plans to continue working in professional multimedia positions in journalism, covering news and entertainment stories.
